Other Costs and Requirements
- When the client does NOT have a Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn account, there will be a minimum Once-off page set up fee of R450 per platform, per client / entity.
- However, should the client have one or two of these platforms and does not require all 3, we will still post however, at the same price as most integrations are automated. No set-up is required with this decision.
- Try and Post to as many socials as you can for better exposure.
- Like the posts and share with as many people and groups as you can
- Boosting ads, will be for your account. We will assist and save you money however, if you want to boost an add, we will need the deposit paid upfront. There are various options. Please ask that we make suggestions and assist where we can. Social Media Marketing is our business.
WE Need the following to Post: [Please send and actioned ASAP]
a) Full admin access to their existing FB page. Search for “Keagan Lisa Mattison” and make her an admin, or request assistance. Please make 110% sure, you choose the correct person. If you battle, please give us your Facebook details and password and we will do it. You can afterwards change your password if you want to.
How To do it:
- Click your Page’s profile picture in the top right to go to your Page.
- Click Manage, then click Page access on the left below Your tools.
- Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New.
- Click Next, type the name or email address of the person you want to give Facebook access, then click their name. – Search for: Keagan Lisa Mattison
b) Send your logo in high resolution – either in JPEG or PNG on WhatsApp or email
c) Your website address. [URL address]
We further confirm that if we receive everything back [including payment and SLA], we will ensure that the posts are prepared for and posted every week going forward.
Kindly ensure that all promotions are sent to us, with at least a 2–4-day lead time, for posting.
Please, we stress that we cannot post today if you send the information today.
